Securing Your University Halls Booking for 2024-25
See our online booking form below, which exclusively caters to rooms available starting September 2024. We recommend that you secure your ideal university accommodation in advance to avoid disappointment in addition to planning your move, for a seamless transition.
For those seeking immediate accommodation for the remaining period of the current academic year (2023-2024), our team is at your service. Please note that securing your booking requires a non-refundable £250 holding fee. Although non-refundable in the event of a change of mind, this fee contributes to your damage deposit upon the signing of your tenancy. The £500 damage deposit covers potential damages or cleaning fees during your tenancy.
Our availability for check-ins is between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This ensures our dedicated team is available to assist you and ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
